Tan, medium size make dog; white spot on his chest; Has a brown color; I tried talking to him/approach him and he seemed like he didn't want anything to do with me, seems hesitant towards strangers; Didn't have my phone on me so I couldn't take a picture. I first saw him running south on Sacramento Blvd and he turned on Walton.
