I found a SMALL WHITE MALTESE/HAVANESE MALE DOG—roaming the sidewalk around this posted location (the intersection of ROSCO and LINDLEY)—very close to going into traffic at that busy intersection. seems to be having a hard time urinating and was very thirsty—he’s definitely had an owner as he took to me putting a leash and harness on him very well and let me pick him up. but DOESN’T HAVE A COLLAR or MICROCHIP.Comment if he looks familiar—my number is posted.UPDATE: I just dropped hi
