Dog was running across Milwaukee heading towards the Des Plaines Animal Hospital on Milwaukee. I stopped my car and turned on my hazards, but as soon as he/she saw me stop, it ran to the building behind the animal hospital. I parked and tried to find him/her but it was so scared, it just kept running.
