Across old Charlotte highway in Harkey Creek development Message from Owner: Please be on the lookout for our sweet fur baby, Oscar. He slipped out of his collar before going into Sun Valley Animal hosp on old charlotte highway. He then ran into the Harkey creek development across the street. That was the last we saw him. Please help us find him as we are so heartbroken. He’s a 9 year old chihuahua
