She is somewhat untrained, new like a puppy still. Only a year old, energetic, and nervous at the same time. She is fairly small, brown long hair, and called Roo. The last time I saw her was outside of Safeway in Centralia. A woman had taken her and I don't know who or how to find this person. Please please help.
