Not chipped. Found this little guy with 2 other dogs in our yard. He came to me right away and the other 2 ran away. He is very friendly and sweet. He whines a lot... A shelter told me he could be around 6 weeks old. Looking for his owner if he has one. If he is a stray, we might keep him or find him a loving home .
