Hello! Please Help! This poor baby is super scared and does not have a lot of trust! Wheeling PD has advised they have tried everything to catch the dog but she is very skiddish, so they are just monitoring. According to Wheeling PD she has been lose for several days wandering back and forth on Wolf Road between the neighborhoods behind Holmes Middle School and possibly Foxboro apmts.
