Pet Description:

A black, medium sized, short haired, male, dog with golden brown eyes running around Gardner Boat Ramp on Peace River about 5:40pm. He looked like a German shepherd/lab mix. Very skinny and looked terrified. A guy said that he followed him in his blue boat (maybe his owner has blue boat?) about a mile down river. I tried to go see if I could help but, he ran off into the woods back up the river. Please if anyone in the area is missing a dog that matches the description, let them know!!! I called
