Pet Description:

10-12 pound Bichon, all white, extremely friendly. House kept, rarely barks only if alerted or need to. This is our late sister's dog who we have kept since her passing in 2017 and he has since been our family dog and we desperately would like to have him back safe. He got out of the house Monday morning after bath without leash and without collar.
