Pet Description:

Ricco is a 10 month puppy. He has never been around cars or strangers and he is very scared. He is all black with white tips on his feet and some white on his chest. He is a chihuahua mix and has a long body with short and stout legs and is a chunk. He probably weighs 10 to 12 lbs. He has to be so cold and hungry. Please help me bring him home.
