Pet Description:

Dog was roaming around Banquo in VA Beach, seems to be an older dog with black coat and gray scruff around mouth, eyes, and under neck. Seemed to maybe have catarax as he looked like he recognized my vehicle and myself then upon further investigation, knew I wasn't its owner and dipped. Very friendly but apprehensive as I walking over. Let me give a pet & scratch than continued to roam, laying beside a house to rest as we pulled away.
