Pet Description:

This white and tan dog with a bit of grey may be a shih tzu. She is small and incredibly matted. I could even be mistaken about the sex, but I do believe she is female. She may have a hearing impairment as she doesn't respond to loud noises. Very calm and sweet and good around my dogs. Not microchipped. She was found without a collar.
