Pet Description:

Pet was very friendly, I was on a walk and he approached me. Had a black collar but no name. Was going into some driveways and marking his territory on lots of plants. Approached a neighbor in a similar way, but kept following people around. Nobody around seemed too alarmed about a dog walking around with no leash. Didn’t have my phone so I have no picture.
