All black dog, I think there might have been a little white fur on his chest.Looked about 40-50 lbsShort legs, medium length straight tail, looked like a mutt/ mixed breed.Very scared and wouldn't come near me.He looked healthy, well fed. But I couldn't see a collar on him.Called the Surprise non-emergency police line to pick him up.
