$REWARD$ Lily is a 13 year old, white, bichon frise. She weighs between 12-14 lbs. Lily was seen by a witness crossing Abrams Rd. A person driving a dark red car (possibly Nissan) pulled over to assist Lily. We believe the person is trying to help and get Lily home, but Lily was NOT wearing her collar (long story) and is NOT chipped. Please help get Lily home!!
