Rollo was stolen from me near priest and Broadway In August of last year. The woman that stole him name is Carmen Armstrong and she sold him I believe. I have been unable to locate her or the person that she sold him to. I heard that he was spotted near 43rd Ave and Thomas with a middle aged Hispanic man. I went to that able intersection searching for months bit have been unable to find. He has brown fur around one eye and white fur around the other and he has a small brown dot on the center of
