He had just gone into foster care from a horrible desert situation. He is wearing a green/teal Martingale collar. The leash accidentally unhooked when he wrapped himself around foster mom's legs. He may be hiding under something. He is super sweet but really scared in an unfamiliar place. He is about 55lbs. I had not chipped him yet.
