Mario is a mixed chihuahua and Jack Russell. He is black with a white under belly and a white tip tail like it was dipped in paint. He is approx 15 to 20 lbs. He has some teeth missing and his lip tends to stick up on the one side. He might respond if you tell him you have lunchmeat or want to see Momma. He also might understand want to go get coffee. He was wearing a black harness. He is microchipped and his tags were on his harness...please help
