I saw this dog wandering around the Richland College campus. I followed it around for a little bit- it looked like a female, but I can’t be certain. I think it was a Chihuahua mix. It was predominately white, with a black spot on its rump, right side, left side, and a black face. It had all white paws and brown eyes. It might have had a little brown around its face but I couldn’t tell for sure. It looked like it weighed around 8 pounds or maybe a little more. It wasn’t wearing a collar or anythi
