Oswald is a scared black German Shepherd. He is newly adopted and my not know where his new home is. He has been seen in the Olen Drive area, J Cheshier Road area, possibly the Hariett Creek Area, and along 156. He is wearing a turquoise collar with rabies tag and is microchipped. DO NOT CHASE HIM!! He may come to you if you have food. Maybe you can get him into your fenced yard.
