Secondary breed may be pit bull, not sure. White with tan and brown markings and was wearing a clear flea collar. Very thin and has bacterial skin issues. Chipped through Found.org. Vetted but not spayed. Was scheduled for spaying this week. Looks like a street dog. Very scared and skittish.
