Unaltered male, appears to be a mixed breed. Was found off of 8 mile going onto the on ramp for the 5 freeway. Dog is unaltered, skittish, very thin. He is small to medium sized (probably no more than 20 lbs), tricolor with predominant black and tan/brown. He appears familiar with kids, dogs, women, and somewhat uncertain around men. Somewhat hand avoidant and very hungry. He is skittish. He appears to be potty trained. Age is unknown young to middle aged likely.
