Pet Description:

Long legs, stumpy tail, some black on muzzle and ears. Skittish but seems friendly. Couldn't catch him, he seems have been out for a long time. Called the city animal control but not sure if they will respond. He was wondering in the field between the Hilton Garden Inn and Marriot Residence Inn.
