Necco has been missing for about a week. Mixed breed. White with black spots...some brown
on the top of his head, around his cheeks and eyes. Med height, slim built. Front paws have
black nails and the back nails are clear... He is not fixed and has no collar on. Lost from
Seneca SC but he could be anywhere. Please contact me if you have any information
