I found a dog recently in Carmichael, wet and cold and scared. He is absolute doll and it makes me so mad that people don't spend just a few dollars to microchip their pets. I will care for this dog until the owner claims him because I just can't bring myself to take him to a rescue after only a few days. He does belong to someone because he is young but well behaved, groomed sometime in the recent past, housebroken and polite. Hardly ever barks. Just a sweetie.
