14-year-old mini dachshund black and brown going blind eyes have a green cloud to them. Not sure if he was taken out of my yard or if he got out of my yard. He has one ear that has a rip in it from when he tried to eat a turtle years ago and the other one has a Little chunk missing. He does not like big male dogs
