Was found wondering in traffic on Saturday night. She appears to be blind in 1 eye. Has a blue collar, walks with a limp. Lump on shoulder. As of today the 17th of March, she was found to be chipped by the Hillsborough Humane Shelter Animal control. She is there now, an will eventually be put up for adoption if the owner has not been located.
