Pet Description:

Bullie was located today at the park that he went missing at. The individual who had him in thier possession immediately rudest to give him up even after I showed her proof that he is my dog. After the police arrived she proceeded to lie about the ownership of him even after she could not prove that he was her pet. After I was able to provided proof of ownership police decided that I would have to take legal action against her if I wanted to retrieve him back. Does anyone know what to do in this
