Pet Description:

FOUND SMALL DOG 10/29/24! Mostly black with white under neck & white paws. I saw this small, old boy running scared in North Encanto Historic District around 11:15am, initially on West Earll Dr. near 15th Ave. VERY sweet, very tired, thin, hungry & loves belly rubs. Perhaps a Chihuahua/Chihuahua Mix? He has a grey harness on but no tag, not microchipped. He's great on a leash & in the car! I cannot keep him for long. PLEASE HELP find his rightful owner!
