Found senior dog walking down the street in Lakewood (near Paramount Blvd & Candlewood). He's a biter and we're a little scared to get bit to try to get him to the vet to see if he has a microchip. He's in rough shape but he's a slow walker and a bit chunkier, I'm sure he belongs to someone nearby.
