Male, german shepard or german shepard mix, puppy/adolescent. Chain around neck that looks like it broke off from a post. Limping on hind right leg. Ears are clear and nails seemed groomed. Wandering around Jurupa Valley area, across from Flabob Airport. He is skittish, but friendly--he might be distrustful of male figures, since he escaped my backyard after some of my housemates returned home. He has been hanging around our porch area but is too afraid to come inside. I provided him a blanket,
