I believe that someone took him and then realized that he is blind and neutered and released him in the neighborhood of MY REUNIFICATION ANGELS. He was on her porch 12 miles from home. There’s no way he could have gotten that far alone. Ms. Lauren SAVED & LOVED my baby until we were reunited
