Arthur is a small (about 18 pounds) terrier mix. He is mostly blonde/tan in color with folded ears ears, brown eyes, and a slightly curled tail with a white tip. He is skittish. He was lost by a pet sitter in a neighborhood about 10 miles from his home. He has been missing for 5 months now.
