Hi. I found this dog and after walking around for a few hours to try and find her owners (I knocked on a lot of doors to ask neighbors if they recognized her and no one had seen her before), took her to a vet to get her chip scanned. She doesn’t have tags and the chip didn’t come up with a phone number.
