Lost my male Chihuahua, Black coat with white spots. Last seen on December 3rd, at around 4:20pm. Nearest intersection is Bullis Rd and Magnolia Ave in the city of Lynwood. Walked out as we were putting up Christmas decorations. Goes by the name of boogie. He never wanders far from home and hates being in the street which makes me believe someone picked him up. He had no collar on at the time and has no chip. I'm offering a reward and no questions will be asked
