On Monday 11/28/2022 my little black dog ran out around 5:00pm. He is a small black dog with white accents present on his chest, paws, and a small amount on his nose, chin and tail. He is not neutered He is not chipped and did not have his collar on what he got out (he may not be in the best condition/ appear to be a stray). He was found later that night running in traffic and unfortunately he was also GIVEN AWAY to a family the same night by the woman who found him at a Petsmart(Tenth Street W
