Pet Description:

Senior, tan and white terrier mix with a black spotted belly. He is about the size of a large Chihuahua. When Charlie was last seen, he was wearing a blue harness and collar with a tag from the Inland Valley Humane Society (Pomona, California). He is 16 years old and is nearly blind and has hearing loss. He might not approach you unless you have a dog to sniff. Charlie has taken off before and likes to walk along the city path near the wash.
