Theo was supposed to be surrendered from his last family so me and my children took him in. He’s helped us through some hard times. On may 19th around 9:00 at night he got out and ran into a neighbors yard. The neighbor was very mean and wouldn’t let us on the property but yet continued to complain about saying he’s took 2 cats to the pound. I cried and said he’s not a outside cat.
