Cross from pomaran and corgy. Tossed out of the drivers side window ON PURPOSE from a grey/white Mitsubishi with GA tags - around 2:30-3:30pm.. Turned West right in front of our Truck that was headed South on A1A! The Mitsubishi fled away. We stopped to help the dog. But saw the Mitsubishi circle around and “hide” and watched us. Then again pulled into a gas station and just stared at us. When we motioned to them that we knew it was them they fled at a high rate of speed south on A1A. Th
