med. size unaltered male staffie, approx 50lbs, black, probably less than 1year old. Found wearing harness, no leash or id. Scanner did not detect microchip. Wanted to keep him safe from traffic and peopl walking with bats but have our own animals and cannot hold him here. Will probably take him to So LA or Downey/ Carson 2pkomorrow
