My little dog Casper is a mix breed between Chouaua and a Jack Russell Terrior, he is solid white and got short soft hair. He wondered out of our gate early Sunday morning and we live in a house directly behind the Xtreme Toys. Casper wondered all the way up the drive way and the strong winds had blown gates open allowing him to continue traveling directly into Interstate 30 Frontage service road.
