Pet Description:

My cousin found white male dog, not neutered. Very friendly. The first picture is after his first bath only (cut off major matting, but hadn't been groomed yet). We've bathed him 4 times and groomed him so he looks different now (the rest of the pictures). He does not have a microchip. He was found in Moreno Valley on 10/18, but I have been fostering him for a week.
