The dog is almost a year old. It is a Maltese mixed breed. White fluffy fur with a green collar. It is not chipped. It ran off in the East Flatbush, Brooklyn NY area - East 93rd street and Rutland Road (BORDERLINE CROWN HEIGHTS AND BROWNSVILLE AREA). I was walking the dog and the leash fell and it ran off non-stop. I chased it for about 20 minutes but lost track of it.
