Toby is a Jack Russell Chihuahua mixed breed he is a champagne color and he is about 9 years old. I have had Toby since he was a year and a half old he is my comfort companion service dog. He has really bad separation anxiety will not eat if he is away from me might snap on someone if they try to pick him up. He has heart murmur and arthritis in his back legs. Please we miss Toby so so much.
