Pet Description:

Found a tan chihuahua, brown eyes, some white around the snout, chest, and paws. This little lady appeared in my yard, we're off Rio Hondo Pkwy and Peck Rd in El Monte. She has no leash and I can't get close to her as she tries bitting me. I tried slinging a leash on her, but she did not like that at all so I ended up removing it. I have too many pets and can't keep her for too long. Please help me find her owners!
