SOLO is a 15-year-old Basset/Beagle mix (female). SOLO weighs 35 pounds. She is predominantly black, with white and some brown spots. She was not wearing a collar, and she is not microchipped. SOLO was inside a 2006 Navy Blue Subaru Forrester with North Carolina plates and lots of bumper stickers (although the plates could be different, and the stickers went by now.)
