Riley has been missing for over a week now and we are heartbroken. She is a small/medium Jack Russell mix, short white fur with beige spots around her face, and was last seen wearing a blue collar with no tag (she also has a small black scar on top of her head). We live in the townhouse neighborhood behind Shelby Baptist Hospital on 3rd St NE.
