Roe is a sweet black and white pitt bull mix. He is wearing a neon yellow collar and is microchipped. He has severe food and outdoor allergies which require special food and shots. He also has separation anxiety. He is fixed but he is still very social and jumped the fence for the first time and run off with a group of dogs.
