Pet Description:

White Pekingese. He's an old guy and a lot of his hair is falling out and he is blind. He was wearing a green (?) reflective winter vest. He walked outside of our gate around 6:30 pm on Christmas Day and into the street and we have video footage of someone in a black car stopping along the road and picking him up (thank you so much for rescuing him before he made it out to heavy traffic!).
