Older, spayed female cat is believed to be stolen from a central Phoenix neighborhood and could have been dumped anywhere. She is very friendly, and left eartipped. She will greet & follow people, she likes dogs too. (This has happened to other cats on the same street and they have been found as far away as Youngtown and as close as Metrocenter. ) Please keep a lookout. help us get Josie home.
